Overnight Boarding
Need someone to care for your cat the next time you need to leave town and can’t bring them along? Look no further than Valley Pet Hotel! Our clean, modern boarding facility features all of the space, amenities and accommodations to make your loved one feel comfortable and right at home during his or her stay.
From spacious cat condos to warm bedding, delicious room service and more fun and activities than you can even imagine…we like to think that if our boarding guests could speak, they’d ask to stay with us!
Below are a few logistics and requirements to consider before booking your pet’s next overnight stay.
Human Requirements
- You must have a PawPartner account
- You must save a credit card on file though our PawPartner app
- You must have two emergency contacts on file (contacts must be local and able to handle emergencies on your behalf).
- If you aren’t picking up your pet(s), please provide the name of the person who will be doing so on your behalf
What to Bring
- Arrive in a cat carrier
- Collar with name tag
- Vaccine records, if not already uploaded on Paw Partner Vaccine Requirements
- Pre-bagged food (it’s helpful for everyone if you bring just enough food for the length of your pet’s stay, separated into serving sizes in individual containers or Ziploc bags)
- Medications, if necessary, in prescription bottles with veterinarian-provided directions (medications not in original prescription bottles will not be dispensed).
Feeding Notes
- If you could pre-pack each meal into individual Ziploc baggies, we would love it!
- Valley Pet Hotel does NOT cook food, although we can heat food in a microwave.
Boarding Drop Off and Pickup Hours
- For any pick-up or drop-off outside of regular business hours (by request only and no guarantee), there is a $15 charge per pet.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Please note that deposit refunds are not done automatically once you cancel online or through the app. If you believe your deposit should be refunded based on our policy, please give us a call to discuss.
For All Boarding, Pets Should Be:
- At least 16 weeks old before boarding
- Up to date on Vaccines
- Pets should be free of fleas and ticks and are strongly encouraged to be on a monthly flea and tick preventative prior to boarding. Preventatives may be applied and billed if fleas or ticks are found.
Cat Boarding
Feline guests staying in Valley Pet Hotel’s cat condos have the opportunity to stretch and exercise twice daily, and enjoy ample room to lounge, relax, romp or do whatever makes them feel happiest and most at ease.
For all of our guests, we provide comfortable bedding during their stay with us. You are welcome to bring toys for your cat when boarding. All personal belongings should be permanently labeled with your pet’s first and last name prior to arrival at our facility. All reservations include 10 minutes of cuddle and play time each day.
Cat Boarding Requirements
- Must be people friendly
- Arrive in a cat carrier
- Be in good health
- Pets should be free of fleas and ticks and are strongly encouraged to be on a monthly flea and tick preventative prior to boarding. Preventatives may be applied and billed if fleas or ticks are found.
- Not be overly anxious
- Any items brought from home need to have the pet’s first and last names written on them or bright in a bag with a written list of items contained within.
- The feline leukemia (FeLV) vaccine is highly recommended for all cats staying with us, but it is not required.
Our feline accommodations and pricing are as follows:
- $30 per night base rate
Upgrades and Add-Ons
- Catnip cocktail $3
- Play time $10 for 15 minutes
- Solo laser tag $8 for 15 minutes
- Dining Package $5
- Nail Trim $18
- Cat Cuddle Time per day $10
- 5 minute video call with your pet $5
We also offer a number of amenities that are designed exclusively for our feline friends. These include, but are not limited to:
- Jungle gym $10.00 per 15 minutes
- R&R Time $8 – 15 minutes of relaxing, petting, and time out of cat condo
- R& R Playtime Package $20 – Includes 15 minutes of playtime and 15 minutes of relaxing calm petting. Individually-suited time for your kitty to either relax, be held, or play their favorite game with a member of our care team.
If necessary, standard medications can be administered by our experienced staff. All medications must be brought in their original prescribed bottles with Dr.’s instructions on them. Prices for medication administration are as follows:
- $3 for once-a-day pill care
- $5 for twice-a-day
- $3 for once-a-day insulin care
- $5 for twice-a-day
For the safety and comfort of our staff and boarding guests, it is critical that we maintain a pest free environment. As such, all registered guests must be up to date on all required vaccinations and parasite free prior to their stay.
