With no experience but endless love, she learned everything she could—how to give medication, how to create a safe, comforting space, and most of all, how much animals depend on us. That experience didn’t just deepen her bond with her own pet—it sparked a lifelong passion.
Now a Pet Care Specialist at Valley Pet Hotel, Glenda brings that same dedication to every guest she meets. She’s made countless new “fur friends” and believes each pet has a unique personality worth discovering. From calming a nervous pup to spoiling the tiniest, sassiest dogs who insist on being carried like royalty (yes, she happily obliges!), Glenda makes sure every pet feels at home.
Born and raised in California, Glenda grew up in a pet-loving household and now shares her life with two spirited dogs—one who barks on command, and the other, Bianco, known affectionately as “Hurricane Bianco” for his small-but-mighty energy.
When she’s not at the pet hotel, you’ll find Glenda out exploring nature, especially during her annual summer camping trips. Whether she’s on the trail or at work, she brings a deep sense of care and joy to everything she does.
