Overnight Boarding
Need someone to care for your dog the next time you need to leave town and can’t bring them along? Look no further than Valley Pet Hotel! Our clean, modern boarding facility features all of the space, amenities and accommodations to make your loved one feel comfortable and right at home during his or her stay.
From spacious doggie suites to warm bedding, many upgrades and add-ons available and more fun and activities than you can even imagine…we like to think that if our boarding guests could speak, they’d ask to stay with us!
Below are a few logistics and requirements to consider before booking your pet’s next overnight stay.
Human Requirements
- You must have a PawPartner account
- You must save a credit card on file though our PawPartner app
- You must have two emergency contacts on file (contacts must be local and able to handle emergencies on your behalf).
- If you aren’t picking up your pet(s), please provide the name of the person who will be doing so on your behalf
What to Bring
- Leash
- Collar with name tag
- Vaccine records, if not already uploaded on Paw Partner Vaccine Requirements
- Pre-bagged food (it’s helpful for everyone if you bring just enough food for the length of your pet’s stay, separated into serving sizes in individual containers or Ziploc bags)
- Medications, if necessary, in prescription bottles with veterinarian-provided directions (medications not in original prescription bottles will not be dispensed).
Feeding Notes
- If you could pre-pack each meal into individual Ziploc baggies, we would love it!
- Valley Pet Hotel does NOT cook food, although we can heat food in a microwave.
- Dogs are fed in separate spaces to maintain safety. After eating, we will keep the dog in their space for 30-60 minutes to allow for proper digestion.
- Treats will only be distributed during feeding times. We do not give treats during daycare hours to minimize the chance of injury.
Boarding Drop Off and Pickup Hours
- For any pick-up or drop-off outside of regular business hours (by request only and no guarantee), there is a $15 charge per pet.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Please note that deposit refunds are not done automatically once you cancel online or through the app. If you believe your deposit should be refunded based on our policy, please give us a call to discuss.
For All Boarding, Pets Should Be:
- At least 16 weeks old before boarding
- Up to date on all vaccines
- Pets should be free of fleas and ticks and are strongly encouraged to be on a monthly flea and tick preventative prior to boarding. Preventatives may be applied and billed if fleas or ticks are found.
Dog Boarding
Our pet hotel features a variety of room sizes, as well as both indoor and outdoor activities to suit each canine guest’s individual needs. For all of our guests, we provide comfortable bedding while boarding. All personal belongings must be labeled with your pet’s first and last name prior to arrival at the resort. All boarding guests enjoy one hour of daily playtime, cots, and preferred feedings.
Dog Boarding Requirements:
- Must be people friendly
- Be in good health
- Pets should be free of fleas and ticks and are strongly encouraged to be on a monthly flea and tick preventative prior to boarding. Preventatives may be applied and billed if fleas or ticks are found.
- Not be overly anxious
- Any items brought from home need to have the pet’s first and last name written on it or brought in a bag with a written list of items contained within.
We reserve the right to remove any dog from group play if they exhibit any bad or aggressive behavior. We will inform you of your pet’s behavior during their stay with a report card. Any dogs that exhibit bad or aggressive behavior will be prohibited from group play during future stays until the owner provides proof of good citizen training. We will allow them heavily monitored group play until we determine that they have overcome their bad behavior.
Dogs must pass our evaluation, where we evaluate dogs based on:
- Human interaction (e.g., meeting, handling, obedience)
- Dog greetings (e.g., body posture, excitement, anxiety)
- Open play behavior (e.g., play style, stress level)
- General health (e.g., strength, mobility, energy)
Dog Boarding Pricing:
- 4×5 Run (up to 80 lbs.) – $59 per night base rate
- 3×4 Run (up to 45 lbs.) – $49 per night base rate
- Medium Comfort Condo (up to 20 lbs.) – $40 per night base rate
- Small Comfort Condo (up to 10 lbs.) – $32 per night base rate
Upgrades and add-ons include, but are not limited to:
- PupCup (whipped cream treat) $3
- Doggie ice cream $5
- Extra group play time $10 per hour
- Dry Bath – $12
- Normal Bath – $20 (about 35 LBS. or less)
- Normal Bath – $28 (about 36 LBS. of more)
- Blowout and Brush – $12 (short haired dogs)
- Blowout and Brush – $20 (long haired dogs)
- Color – $18 (single color) $10 (each additional color) *must purchase a bath with the color
- Nail trim $18
- Dog Cuddle Time: 5-10 minutes $5
- Dog Cuddle Time 30 minutes $15
- 5 minute video call with your pet $5
Leash walk and one-on-one play time with staff
- Private Playtime 15 minutes: $15.00
- Private Playtime 30 minutes: $30.00
Fitness Fun:
- Vigorous playtime 15 minutes: $25.00
- Vigorous playtime 30 minutes: $45.00
- Kong-Coction – Kongs are stuffed with a stimulating treat that we can serve for supervised play. – $6 per Kong
If needed, standard medications can be administered by our well-trained staff. All medications must be brought in original prescription bottles with Dr.’s instructions on them. Prices for medication administration are as follows:
- $3 for once-a-day pill care
- $5 for twice-a-day
- $3 for once-a-day insulin care
- $5 for twice-a-day insulin care
For the safety and comfort of our staff and boarding guests, it is critical that we maintain a pest free environment. As such, all registered guests must be up to date on all required vaccinations and parasite free prior to their stay.
