I've used the hotel twice now for two of my cats (who are pretty high maintenance and require medications). One was for a short stay (4 nights) and the other was for a longer stay (11 nights). The staff are very friendly and professional. I also think they have a nice set up for the cats too and they get to roam for a few hours each day. The staff do a really good job at keeping pet parents updated on their pet's status via the Paw Partner app. Although my cats are high maintenance, staff has done an excellent job caring for them during each of their stays. My cats have returned home happy from each of their stays.
I came in and took a tour with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and showed me around the Facility. He answered all my questions. I am a customer of (valley Animal Hospital) So it made sense for me to board my dog at the valley hotel since it’s in the same building. I’m still getting my dates together for my upcoming trip, but I will Definitely be booking a reservation for my dog soon. Walking by and seeing all the dogs playing in the daycare area Is the cutest thing ever.
I left my two dogs here and the employees were super great. The nice young man who made my reservation and answered all my questions made me feel so much comfortable about leaving my dogs here. When I dropped off the two nice ladies working allowed me to tour the facility and see where my dogs would be stayed. Prices are great and I loved the daily reports and pictures. I will be recommending everyone I know!
Needed an emergency boarding for my special needs cat. He needs meds twice a day. The staff was FANTASTIC from the first call, all the way to our last day. I got dailey updates on his stay and pictures. They provide you with feeding information and medication dailey. We are looking forward to using them again in a few months for a trip we are taking. We are completely at ease with leaving our baby here. Thank you for such a great stay and caring for my Shadow.
I love this place! They treat my dog so well! The prices for daycare and boarding are affordable in my opinion. This place is small which I find to be good because the staff are able to spend more time with the dogs at a time verses other places I been too that are bigger. Since bringing my dog here he has been able to get out of his shell and interact with other dogs and he feels very comfortable with the staff. I highly recommend this place if you are considering bringing your dog or cat here!
